Queen Media Collective is Currently Developing Their Web Series, Reckless Behavior The Series

BAY AREA, CA– Blog and media services company Queen Media Collective (QMC) is currently developing the first part of QMC: LIVE! which is a collection of media projects they plan to release. QMC: LIVE! will consist of public service announcements and table talks but currently the brand is working on a web series titled “Reckless Behavior The Series”. Reckless Behavior The Series (RBTS) will be written, directed by and starring QMC co-founder, Michaela P. Shelton. Fellow QMC co-founder Imani Baylor and actor Chris Joseph will serve as the assistant directors for the project.

The purpose of this web series is to create something for us and by us that promotes the beauty and culture of the Bay Area. Its dual purpose is to bring to life the Reckless Behavior blog series that was created by Michaela P. Shelton, two years ago. Through her platform she has written about topics such as dating, abortion, friendships and her experiences being employed at different companies. The difference between her blogs and the web series is that the web series will only be “loosely” based on her life whereas the blogs are all factual experiences. The logline for the web series is “Michaela Holloway, an aspiring writer, navigates through life attempting to find herself and avoid reckless behavior.”

The web series will star actors such as KMEL morning radio host Gary Bizer (G Biz) and up and coming actor Tywan Taylor. There will also be special appearances from Bay Area rappers Beejus and Plane Jane. In addition, event curators The Culture Junkies will be co- producing an episode and making an appearance.  Visit Queenmediacollective.com and follow @Queenmediacollective on Instagram to stay updated on Reckless Behavior The Series and its upcoming release.
