I am on the airplane coming back from my vacation to Mississippi. Honestly I had the time of my life! I am so sad to be coming back to reality, but I am happy I got to escape for a week. While I was in Mississippi I played 2K for the first time, I ate Zaxby’s and I drank Red Label whisky LOL. I also watched a lot of classic movies I had never seen before and heard how different the music is down south. I must say that I love the south and I could see myself living there. Besides the racist ass confederate flag I saw, everything else was good. People were super friendly waaaay more than California and it just seemed extremely chill. The weather was very similar to California weather and I’m happy I got there after the heatwave, because I was honestly worried about it being hot AF. After experiencing humidity in Las Vegas I was NOT looking forward to it.
Tomorrow I go back to work at 9am. I definitely regret not taking a recovery day off, but oh well. I missed out on a weeks worth of coins so I need to get back in the groove. Now that this bae-cation is over, time to focus on stacking again. But to be honest I hardly spent money on this trip anyway. Talk about the royal treatment😍
The title of this post is While We’re Young. I chose this title, because that is the title of the first single off Jhene Aiko’s new album, Trip. This song touches me, because this vacation I went on was completely spontaneous. I didn’t know how it would turn out, but MAN I’m so happy I went out on a whim. A lot of you guys don’t know the whole story and you don’t need to. Just know that I am happier than I have been in a while and I feel so blessed.
I am really going to be 25 in less than three months. I am totally out of the safe zone as far as my life and decisions. With that being said, expect a new hair style from me very soon. I have no idea what I am going to do, but I need something new and something different. 2017 brought so many new things into my life, so why not get a new due before my birthday? It only seems right to end the year on a risky note. I’m always catching people off guard with my life and I plan on doing that again so just wait on it.
I hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of Fall. I know I certainly am. Let’s end 2017 on a great note and pray for this crazy world we live on.
